Casa Polpo and Casa Fava are two holiday apartments in Monopoli, an old fishing town on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, Southern Italy.
Casa Polpo
The apartment featuring Gothic arches, is located in a townhouse dating from the 17th century, in a narrow alley in the Centro Storico, the historic centre of the charming old town.
The spacious former captain’s home has been renovated with a great love for details and converted into a holiday apartment equipped to a high standard. Spaciousness and high ceilings, reduced furnishings and modern amenities are the distinguishing features of Casa Polpo.
Casa Fava
Just round the corner, also in one of the typical narrow streets of the Centro Storico, you will find Casa Fava.
This bright open plan apartment was converted and renovated with the same love for details. All rooms are connected by wide passageways, and from the kitchen a staircase leads directly to the large 40 sqm roof terrace.
Monopoli
Shops, cafés and restaurants are just round the corner, and the small local beach is also within easy reach (172 metres from Casa Polpo or 143 metres from Casa Fava). There are lonely coves, beautiful sandy beaches and cliffs to explore in the surrounding area.
The varied countryside around Monopoli has a lot to offer. The picturesque towns of Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello or Lecce are all within easy reach.
Both our apartments are a perfect base for exploring the area and a relaxed holiday.

Casa Polpo
The 75 square metre apartment is located on the first floor. It has a large kitchen-dining-living-area, a spacious bedroom with en-suite shower bath and a separate toilet.
Casa Fava
The 50 square metre apartment is on the second floor. It has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower bath with toilet. From the kitchen, a staircase leads directly up to the large rooftop terrace.
